Shipping Policy

This shipping policy applies to purchases made through our website nullpluss.no, which is built on the Wix platform. Nullpluss sells physical products shipped from Norway.

 

1. Shipping Options and Delivery

Available shipping options are displayed automatically at checkout based on the delivery address.

• Norway: Free shipping within Norway.
  Delivery time: 3–5 business days.
  Price: NOK 0.

• Sweden and Denmark: Flat-rate shipping (PostNord).
  Delivery time: 1–5 business days.
  Price: NOK 139.

• Local delivery: Can be arranged after purchase and requires that the delivery address is within the specified area.

 

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout through Wix before your order is processed.
The prices shown at checkout are final and include any applicable fees.

 

4. Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not collected and returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct actual return and handling costs from the refund amount.

 

5. International Shipping

International shipping outside Norway, Sweden and Denmark is currently not available. Any future delivery regions will be clearly shown at checkout.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

You have a 14‑day right of withdrawal in accordance with Norwegian consumer law.
The cost of returns is NOK 89, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

 

7. Force Majeure

In the case of unforeseen events beyond our control (such as strikes, pandemics, natural disasters), delivery times may be affected. We will inform you as soon as possible if this occurs.
