4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have a 14‑day right of withdrawal in accordance with Norwegian consumer law when purchasing physical products.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the item. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and within 14 days after notifying us that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
