Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Nullpluss

These guidelines apply to purchases made through our website www.nullpluss.no, built on the Wix platform. Nullpluss sells physical products. Refunds apply only to purchases of physical products.

 

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14‑day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, counted from the day you receive the item.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via email to hei@nullpluss.no within the withdrawal period.

 

2. Refunds for Returns

The product must be returned unused and in its original condition and packaging.

The return must be completed within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

The return cost is NOK 89, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once we have received and inspected the item, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

 

3. Refunds for Faulty or Damaged Items

If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

Please send us photos of the damage and a brief description within 5 days of receiving the item at hei@nullpluss.no.

 

4. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to hei@nullpluss.no including:

  • Your name and order number

  • The reason for the refund request

  • Any attachments (e.g., photos)

We normally respond within 2 business days.

 

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

  • Digital products
